Terms of Service

1. What Inkvor Provides

Inkvor is an AI-powered platform offering image generation, video generation, and photo restoration services on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you submit a generation task. The specific credit cost for each feature is shown on the Pricing page.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or suspensions is prohibited.

3. Credits

• Credits are deducted when you submit a generation task, before the result is returned.
• If a generation task fails due to a model error, timeout, or platform issue, credits are automatically refunded to your account. No manual request is needed.
• Successfully completed generations — even if you are subjectively dissatisfied with the output — are not eligible for credit refunds, as AI results are inherently non-deterministic.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Subscription credits are topped up at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits from the previous cycle roll over for one additional month, after which they expire.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically on the same date each month.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your plan remains active until then.
• We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days in the current billing period.
• Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Inkvor to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights. This includes but is not limited to: NSFW or explicit sexual content, content involving minors, deepfakes without consent, hate speech, fraud, or intellectual property infringement.

6. AI-Generated Content & Your Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and any images or files you upload.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before using or distributing them. AI models can produce unexpected, inaccurate, or unintended results.
• By submitting content to Inkvor, you represent that you have the right to do so and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
• Inkvor does not claim ownership of your generated content. You retain any rights you have to the outputs, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Inkvor available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Generation tasks may be delayed or queued during periods of high demand. AI model providers may occasionally be unavailable, causing generation failures. In the event of an extended outage exceeding 24 hours, affected users may be eligible for credit compensation at our discretion.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Accounts suspended for policy violations are not eligible for refunds of remaining credits or subscription fees.
• We may also suspend accounts involved in suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity while we investigate.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting support@inkvor.com.

9. Intellectual Property

The Inkvor platform, brand, and interface are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell any part of the Inkvor platform without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Inkvor is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Inkvor after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
